    How to use

    Shampoo

    1. Wet hair thoroughly (30–60 seconds).
    2. Use a nickel-to-quarter sized amount (more only if your hair is very thick/long).
    3. Massage into your scalp with fingertips for 45–60 seconds.
    4. Focus on scalp/roots, not the ends.
    5. Rinse really well (this matters for volume).
    6. If you use a lot of styling products or get oily fast: shampoo twice
    7. First wash loosens oil/buildup, second wash actually cleans.

    Conditioner

    1. Squeeze out extra water from hair first (so conditioner doesn’t get diluted).
    2. Apply conditioner to mid-lengths and ends only (avoid scalp if you want volume).
    3. Let it sit 1–3 minutes.
